Yes. Every piece displayed at Renc'Art is handcrafted by a professional artist or artisan, with no mass-industrial production.

Yes. A curated selection is available on our online store, while other exclusive pieces are offered only in-store.

Yes. Each creation is unique or produced in very limited quantities, making every purchase exclusive.

We accept credit cards and debit cards through a secure payment platform.

Yes, it is sometimes possible to reserve an artwork depending on its availability and nature. Reservations are exceptional, limited to 24 hours, subject to certain conditions and at the gallery's discretion. We invite you to contact us promptly if a piece catches your eye.

Yes. Renc'Art gift cards are available both online and in-store, valid on all artworks and workshops.

Yes. Renc'Art offers several delivery options:

Local delivery within a 25 km radius around the gallery, ideal for customers in the Québec area.

Shipping within Québec, Canada, and the United States: arranged based on your location. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or other partner carriers.

If no delivery option appears for your address, please contact us directly, we will arrange a custom delivery adapted to your location. A free in-store pickup option is also available.

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination and item availability.

Artworks and craft pieces are unique and delicate; therefore, all sales are final. However, an exchange is possible within 7 days, under the following conditions:

For shipped purchases: the exchange must be completed within 7 days of receipt.
For in-store purchases: the exchange must be completed within 7 days of the transaction.

Exchanges are done in person at the gallery only. Returns by shipping are not accepted. The item must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. No refunds are offered, except in the event of an error on our part.

Each artist and artisan is carefully selected for the quality of their work, the uniqueness of their approach, and the harmony of their creations with Renc'Art's vision: to promote authenticity, craftsmanship, and the beauty of fine art and fine craft.

Yes. Renc'Art welcomes new talents throughout the year. If you wish to present your work, please email info@renc-art.ca including your full artist portfolio, with your biography, artistic statement, a few recent photos of your creations, and your complete contact information. Each submission is carefully reviewed, and you will receive a reply as soon as possible.

Yes. Renc'Art regularly offers creative workshops led by professional artists: ceramics, painting, calligraphy, and more. Groups are intentionally limited to 6 to 10 participants depending on the activity, ensuring a friendly and high-quality experience.

Registrations can be made directly online through the "Events" section of the website, or in person at the gallery. Each participant must be registered in advance. As space is limited, we recommend registering as soon as spots become available.

Workshop registrations cannot be cancelled. No refunds are offered in case of absence, and no rescheduling is possible. Renc'Art reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the number of registrations is deemed insufficient; in this case, all registered participants will receive a full refund. If a workshop is cancelled due to a snowstorm, instructor unavailability, or any other reason related to Renc'Art, participants will also receive a full refund.

Yes. Renc'Art occasionally hosts artist meet-ups, live demonstrations, and special cultural events, offering visitors a chance to connect directly with the creators. Dates are announced on our social media and in the "Events" section of the website.
