Return and Exchange Policy
Artworks and Artisanal Creations
All items sold at Renc'Art (artworks, artisanal creations, and art objects) are unique and delicate; therefore, all sales are final.
However, an exchange may be made within 7 days, under the following conditions:
Delivered purchases: the exchange must be completed within 7 days after receiving your order.
In-store purchases: the exchange must be completed within 7 days after the transaction.
Exchanges are only accepted in person at the boutique, located at 1415 Avenue Maguire, Quebec.
Returns by mail are not accepted.
Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
The exchange must be made for an item of equal or greater value.
Return transportation costs to the boutique are the responsibility of the customer.
No refunds are offered, except in the event of an error on our part (damaged or incorrect item).
If damage is observed upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, providing photos of the parcel and the damaged item.
Our priority is to ensure every client is fully satisfied with their Renc'Art experience. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or special circumstances.
Workshops, Events, and Registered Activities
All registrations for workshops, events, or any other activity organized by Renc'Art are non-cancellable.
No refunds will be issued in case of absence, and make-up sessions are not possible.
Each person attending must be registered in advance.
Seats are limited, and one registration corresponds to one participant only.
Renc'Art reserves the right to cancel a workshop, event, or activity if the number of participants is deemed insufficient. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund.
If a workshop, event, or activity is canceled due to a snowstorm, instructor or presenter unavailability, or any other situation attributable to Renc'Art, participants will also receive a full refund.
