Shipping and Delivery Policy

Delivery Options

Renc'Art offers several delivery options tailored to your location:

Local delivery: available within a 25 km radius around the gallery, ideal for customers in the Québec area.

Shipping within Québec, Canada, and the United States: arranged based on your location. Orders are shipped via Canada Post or other partner carriers.

In-store pickup: free pickup is available at 1415 Avenue Maguire, Quebec.

If no delivery option appears for your address, please contact us directly. We will arrange a custom delivery adapted to your location.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination and item availability. As each artwork is unique and often delicate, we take particular care in packaging before shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided as estimates and depend on the carrier and logistical conditions. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on the selected service and destination.

Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For shipments to the United States or internationally, any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

Transfer of Risk

The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier or collected in-store.

Damage Upon Receipt

If damage is observed upon delivery, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package, providing photos of the parcel and the damaged item.
