With Quiétude (Stillness), Sandra Veillette shapes a bird with a gracefully curved long neck of horn, a yellow beak and an attentive eye, resting peacefully on a bed of bark. Its soft curves and shimmering reflections give off a serene presence. A work that invites calm and contemplation.
